Ideation Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company, is organized to acquire one or more businesses, with a particular focus on businesses in the digital media sector. Our target acquisition will include domestic and international companies whose fair market value is at least equal to 80 percent of our net assets.

Ideation Acquisition Corporation's management team, board of directors, and special advisors, led by Chairman of the Board, Dr. Philip Frost, and Executive Officers Rao Uppaluri and Steven D. Rubin, has extensive experience in identifying emerging technologies and building companies through acquisitions and organic growth. Robert Fried, our President and Chief Executive Officer, certain members of our board of directors and our special advisors have extensive experience in the digital media sector as senior executives, business consultants, and/or entrepreneurs
